PG Training venues

Training Tuesday 19th September will be in Centennial Park.  Meet at 6pm to warm up at the Homestead restaurant, down from the Paddington gates.  Remember to wear light coloured clothing and have lights if possible.

Training Saturday will be in Centennial Park.  Meet at the Homestead Restaurant at 8.00 am to warm up.

Training Tuesday 12th September will be in Centennial Park.  Meet at 6pm to warm up at the Homestead restaurant, down from the Paddington gates.  Remember to wear light coloured clothing and have lights if possible.

Training Saturday 9th September will be in Queens Park.  Meet at the playground along Darley Road near The Shed Coffee shop at 7.30am to warm up by jogging around the fartlek course.

Those that raced the half marathon/7km on Sunday to be an easy 30 min recovery run, the exceptions being Mark and possibly Antoine.

Otherwise training Tuesday 5th September will be in Centennial Park.  Meet at 6pm to warm up at the Homestead restaurant, down from the Paddington gates.  Remember to wear light coloured clothing and have lights if possible.

Training Tuesday 11th July will be in Centennial Park.  Meet at 6pm to warm up at the Homestead restaurant, down from the Paddington gates.  Remember to wear light coloured clothing and have lights if possible. Session to start at 6.30pm, if you need longer warm up arrive earlier than 6pm.
