We are now officially into the Cross Country / Road Racing season (or 12 to 16 week preparation for next summer track season).

There will be many training and racing challenges throughout for all and here are four quotes to help you on the way:

Training AM – Queens Park – Meet at the cafe  near the children’s playground at 7.30 am to warm up.

Training PM – Kurnell Sand Dunes – Meet in the car park near Wanda beach at 2pm

Training Tuesday 31st March will be at ES Marks, meet at 6:00pm to warm up.

Training Sat 28th March will be in Centennial Park.  Meet at the restaurant at 7.30am to warm up.

Sally H and Jane to train at Sylvania Waters track at 2pm

Training Tues 24th March will be in Centennial Park.  Meet at the restaurant at 6.00pm to warm up with a run over the course for training.

Training Sat 21st March will be in Queens Park.  Meet at kids playground/Cafe on Darley Rd side at 7.30am to warm up.

For those not getting away over Easter break I have two training options:

1 – Double Saturday session – Park + Sand (a getaway for those not getting away)

2 – Session Friday and Saturday (this will mean 3 consecutive sessions including Thursday)

Post training Activity – Breakfast with the Gregs – Saturday 21st March – make it a date in your diary RSVP as below

The Gregs (Mark & Jude) are hosting brekkie at their new pad afterwards, at Unit 4/18 Chepstow St, Randwick which is about 10 mins walk from Queens Park, via good coffee shops.

Delectables will consist of: bircher muesli, muesli, toast with jams / marmalade  or Vegemite / avocado, fruit salad & yoghurt.
