Due to track being closed training will be in Centennial Park.  Meet at the Dickens Statue at 6pm to warm up.

Due to weather conditions training tonight will be at the track.  Meet at ES Marks at 6pm to warm up.

Team training this weekend is to be split:-

Chamkaur, Rona, Jane, Stephanie, Lisa B (TBC) Sarahjane, James Constantine, Mark G (TBC) – Homebush – 7.30am to warm up

All others – Centennial Park 3.00 pm to warm up.  Session to be 3km, 2km, 1km – <10km, > 5km, (4.00 to 5.00 mins recovery) pace steady comfortable efforts, flowing on 1km not kicking out

I’ve had confirmation of nearly all the winter premiership races, the half is still to be confirmed and the only change to the draft calendar is the long course cc champs is on the 20th June and is at the Kembla Joggers course near Dapto.
