July 2020 was the month of a much anticipated return to racing. Two main events on the calendar for AE runners with the short course cross country championships in Dapto on the 19th followed by a 5000m in Bankstown the next weekend. Great feeling to be toeing the line again for all and certainly more great performances for AE runners in the months to come. All results below.
