AE enjoyed a fantastic turnout at this year’s Road Relays, fielding six teams across a range of age groups — our biggest representation since 2017.
Competition was strong across the field, with plenty of clubs also fielding multiple teams and some great racing throughout the day.
There was an exciting race in the Men’s 50+. Darren starting over a minute behind the leading team and crossed the line just nine seconds ahead.
It was also a great day for AE debuts, with Emily and Louisa putting in excellent first club runs, while Cathy made her winter debut.
With six teams and six podium finishes, it was a fantastic day for the club.16_Road Relays
