A small team of runners headed south to Dapto to take part in this years Short Course cross country champs. Quite a successful day out with individual medals to Jackie gold, Bron & Jimmy silver and Mark bronze, and a 2nd place in the Mens 50+ team event. We saw a welcome return to racing from Brendan Sands.14_Short Course
