Perfect fresh and misty conditions made it for some cracking times this year in the Sydney 10 by AE runners with a total of 6 PBs including some long standing.
Special shout outs to Jen Cabasson for almost breaking 39min running with a stitch from 5km, Jimmy Costello breaking his previous PB by nearly 1 minute and Mark Gregory 11seconds shy of his dream of a lifetime 😀
